We waited for weeks and weeks for the new playground to be finished. We couldn't wait to get to play on it.
This is us just before going out to the playground for the first time. We were so excited!

We had lots of fun decorating our classroom. Everyone got one decoration and could decide where in the class to put it. We have two items that we find very funny-a reindeer playing the saxophone and a dog who sings, we play them every morning.
Next we put up our tree and placed baubles and other decorations on it. The classroom looks beautiful thanks to all the children's work.
We were playing with the parachute in our PE. We played lots of games such as turning it into a mushroom, all change, cat and mouse, popcorn, sharks and lifeguards and merry go round.

We read a book called 'Covid Monsters', it taught us about Covid-19 and how to keep each other safe. We wash our hands, keep our distance, cough into our sleeves etc.
After reading the book we decided to make our own Monsters in our copies, we named them and gave them a little life story.
We also made monsters in our art. The children did a wonderful job!
